When you have trouble trying to conceive (TTC) it can be so easy to focus on what is going wrong, what problems might lie ahead, the reasons why things won't work.... I've certainly been guilty of this at times. It can be overwhelming, and often a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I've made a conscious effort lately to flip this on its head. I'm choosing to focus on what could go right, what I do want and the reasons why it could work.
More than that - I am choosing to BELIEVE those things are POSSIBLE!
What we focus on we get (even if it takes awhile!) so lets not waste that power on the things we don't need in our lives!!
This week let's go out there and focus on something positive - on the outcomes we want, not the things we don't want or the problems that might come between us and those outcomes!
