Hypnobirthing Workshops:

1. To secure your booking a $100 deposit or payment in full is required. Your booking is not guaranteed without a deposit.

2. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note for all products and services refunds will not be given if you have simply changed your mind (exemptions may be made at the discretion of Path to Birth based on special conditions) .

3. Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before the workshop commences. Payment is accepted via credit card or direct bank deposit.

4. If you wish to change workshop dates from when you have booked to another date you must provide at least 2 weeks notice.

5. Change in workshops dates will be accommodated where possible however is dependant on availability in the newly requested dates.

6. Bookings will be made on a first in first served basis.

7. Workshop content is not to be copied, distributed or filmed without express permission from Hypnobirthing Australia.

Essential Oil Products:

1. Please note for all products and services refunds will not be given if you have simply changed your mind.

2. Once opened the product is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

3. If an exchange or refund or the product is damaged during postage is required you must notify Path to Birth immediately.

4. After 10 days product exchange or refund is not accepted.

5. Path to Birth reserves the right to ask for evidence of damaged items before refund or replacement.

6. Products are to be used in accordance with label directions. Ingredient lists are clearly outlined and products are used at own risk. Customers are advised to seek medical advice before if unsure if the product is safe to be used in conjunction with your own personal allergies, medications or any other health related conditions.
