Both fertility challenges and pregnancy can be times of life were we get really hard on ourselves. We are doing something so important that means so much to us - working to create another human life, to grow and nurture it.
It's both a responsibility and a privilege.
When TTC and having trouble and facing lots of treatments, and potential disappointments it can be so easy to freeze! To let the fear of not doing things right or not getting the desired outcome - "failing" - stop you from stepping forward.
None of us are perfect - but I believe we are all doing the best we can with the resources we have in front of us right now.
When we make a mistake, don't do something just right that's when we learn - its all about looking at it in the right way.
You will never just take action, try something and discover if it works or not if you are afraid to do anything unless it has a guaranteed result.
When it comes to TTC and pregnancy we genuinely don't know how things are going to end up. We just have to have faith in ourselves and take a leap!
If we aren't successful what we learn from that will take us one step closer to getting it right next time!
So this week, be brave, take action and see what you can create - I hope its something awesome....but if not that's ok, maybe next time it will be!!
