This soak is designed both for relaxation and to prepare the perineum for labour. Its floral scent is sweet and calming. Geranium is great for perineal preparation!
Use anytime from the start of your 2nd Trimester onwards - and we suggest daily from 37+ weeks!
13+ - use from 13 weeks / 2nd trimester onwards
L - useful during labour
TO SOAK: Place 2 tablespoons of salts into a normal sized warm bath. Enter immediately and soak for at least 15 minutes.
DO NOT USE DURING LABOUR IF YOUR WATER HAS BROKEN
